Registration Instructions
Welcome to registration for ILMUNC China 2012!
The registration deadline for international schools is December 2nd, 2011. All applications will be processed on a rolling basis after this date.
To register for ILMUNC China 2012, please download the Registration Form and send the completed Registration Form to info@ilmuncchina.org before December 2nd, 2011.
You will receive acknowledgment of receipt in one week.
Conference Fee
The following are the conference fees for ILMUNC China 2012. All transactions will occur in Chinese RMB; therefore, the dollar approximations listed below are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. In addition to these fees, each school is responsible for its own travel, food, and accommodation expenses. We are arranging preferred rates with hotels, and specific hotel policies and fees will be posted as they become available.
School Fee:
500 RMB (Approximately $78.35 USD)
*Fee includes the conference fee for 1 faculty advisor per delegation. The conference fee for additional faculty advisors shall be 350 RMB (Approximately $54.85 USD) per advisor.
Delegate Fee:
1550 RMB per delegate (Approximately $242.89 USD)
Individual Delegate Fee:
1700 RMB (Approximately $266.39 USD)
