Maria Bohn

Secretary-General
Maria is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences from Malvern, PA majoring in
Anthropology and French. After having served as an Assistant Secretary-General and
twice as Under-Secretary-General of the Economic and Social Council, Maria is thrilled
to be Secretary-General for ILMUNC’s twenty-sixth session. Maria has been involved
with Model UN for seven years, and this year will serve as her sixth trip to ILMUNC.
In her spare time, Maria plays harpsichord in Baroque Ensemble and is a research
assistant at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Maria wants you all to get
excited for ILMUNC and looks forward to welcoming you to the conference in January.

Florian Hagenbuch

Director-General
Florian is a senior in the Huntsman Program, a joint degree program between the
College of Arts and Sciences and the Wharton School, focusing on international studies
and business. Born in the south of Germany, he moved to São Paulo, Brazil, when
he was only four years old. His passion for languages made him pursue them actively
at Penn and ultimately led him to join the International Affairs Association. Having
been an Assistant Secretary-General at ILMUNC XXIII, the Under-Secretary-General
for Operations at ILMUNC XIV, and Business Director at ILMUNC XXV, he is now excited
to be part of the ILMUNC XXVI Secretariat and is ready to give everything to make
this conference the best of all.

Abbey Stockstill

Chief of Staff
Abbey is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences double-majoring in Arabic
and Islamic Studies and History of Art. She is actively involved in the International
Affairs Association, participating in inter-collegiate conferences and working for
ILMUNC in previous years as an Assistant Secretary-General and as Under-Secretary-General
for Crisis and Regional Simulations. Having seen how great Penn's conferences have
been in the past, Abbey is looking forward to what ILMUNC XXVI will bring!

David Peters

Business Director
David is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying political science
and history. David is spending the fall semester abroad in Leuven, Belgium, studying
European History at the Katholieke Universiteit, before returning for ILMUNC in
the spring. David has participated in Model UN since high school as both a delegate
and a chair. After serving as an Assistant Secretary-General his freshman year and
as Under-Secretary-General of the General Assembly his sophomore year, David is
incredibly excited about working as the Business Director for ILMUNC XXVI.

Melissa Rutman

Under-Secretary-General, General Assembly
Melissa is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Philosophy and
French. She has been an active participant in Model UN since high school and has
been particularly involved in General Assembly committees. Melissa is excited to
work with the spectacular Secretariat and to make this ILMUNC the most successful
conference ever!

Zach Stone

Under-Secretary-General, General Assembly
Zach is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences and is from New York City.
He is pursuing a double major in Chinese and Political Science. ILMUNC XXVI will
be Zach’s sixth ILMUNC, and he is thrilled to be working on the General Assembly
committees, where he was a delegate at ILMUNC for four years. Having experienced
ILMUNC as both a delegate and as an Assistan Secretary-General, Zach is elated
to be on the Secretariat for what is going to be the best ILMUNC yet!

Under-Secretary-General, Economic and Social Council
Monica is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences majoring in Communications
with a minor in Consumer Psychology. Born and raised in vibrant Mexico City, her
passion for international affairs and culture has led her to become involved in
her seventh Model UN experience. In the past, she has served as an Assistant Secretary-General
for ILMUNC XXV and addressed the United Nations Culture for Peace Forum at the General
Assembly in New York City. As the Under-Secretary-General of the Economic and Social
Council, she cannot wait to meet you and is extremely excited to help set the bar
high for the most outstanding conference ILMUNC has ever experienced.

Scott Weinreb

Under-Secretary-General, Specialized Agencies
Scott is a sophomore in the Wharton School of Business and hails from Purchase,
New York. He has been participating in Model UN since ninth grade, and this will
be his fifth ILMUNC. After serving as an Assistant Secretary-General at last year’s
ILMUNC, he is very excited to lead the Specialized Agencies at ILMUNC XXVI. He is
confident that this year’s ILMUNC will be filled with unsurpassed learning and fun.

Fernanda Dobal

Under-Secretary-General, Crisis and Regional Simulations & Director of Development
Fernanda is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences majoring in Visual Studies
and Philosophy, Politics & Economics. She is originally from São Paulo, Brazil,
but spent about ten years in Sydney, Australia. She began her Model UN career in
high school, and at Penn she joined ILMUNC XXIV as an Assistant Secretary-General
before serving as ILMUNC XXV's Under-Secretary-General for Specialized Agencies.
This year she is thrilled to return as Under-Secretary-General for Crises and Regional
Committees for what promises to be a brilliant conference!

Taylor Williams

Under-Secretary-General, Crisis and Regional Simulations
Taylor is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences and majoring in History
and Classical Studies with a minor in Political Science. Taylor has been involved
with Model UN for five years, and even though he thought he was done after high
school, he found himself eagerly awaiting the first meeting of Penn’s International
Affairs Association. When not directing Crisis, Taylor is probably at a coffee shop
in downtown Philadelphia.

Daniela is a junior in the School of Engineering and Applied Science and the College
of Arts and Sciences majoring in Electrical Engineering and Economics. Originally
from São Paulo, Brazil, and currently living in Switzerland, Daniela has always
had an interest in international affairs and Model UN. After serving as an Assistant
Secretary-General last year, Daniela is looking forward to making ILMUNC XXVI the
best yet!

Graham Ober

Under-Secretary-General, Operations
Graham is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences majoring in Economics
and International Relations with a minor in Hispanic Studies. Born in Washington,
D.C., Graham now lives in Palm Beach, Florida, and attended Brooks School in North
Andover, MA for high school. He became quite active in Model UN in high school,
having founded his high school team there. After serving as an Assistant Secretary-General
for UPMUNC XLII, UPenn’s college Model UN conference, Graham is thrilled to be part
of the ILMUNC 2010 Secretariat and is eager to work hard to ensure that ILMUNC 2010
is the best it can be!
