Phill is a junior in the College of Arts and Science majoring in Political Science and hailing from St. Louis, Missouri. When not getting ready for the conference, Phill can be found playing hippie music on his acoustic guitar or perhaps watching reruns of The West Wing. Having served as an Assistant Secretary-General for ILMUNC XXVI and an Under-Secretary-General of Crisis Simulations and Regional Summits for ILMUNC XXVII, he is incredibly excited to serve as this year’s Secretary-General and looks forward to meeting all of you in January!

Jocelyn is a junior in the School of Arts and Sciences, majoring in International Relations and African Studies, which she came upon as a field of study only after many, many Model UN committees on African politics and development. Originally from Philadelphia, Jocelyn is an avid Phillies fan and Wawa enthusiast, but even though Penn is close to home, she loves any and all traveling and is always planning her next adventure. Having served as an Assistant Secretary-General and an Under-Secretary-General of Crisis Simulations for UPMUNC the past two years, Jocelyn is thrilled to join the ILMUNC Secretariat and to be a part of this amazing conference!

Charles is a junior in the College of Arts and Science majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a concentration in Public Policy. Growing up in multicultural South Florida, he has always possessed a keen interest in international politics, foreign relations, and colorful pants. He has been doing Model UN since high school and is certifiably obsessed. After serving as an Assistant Secretary-General last year, he is honored to be this year’s Chief of Staff. It will be his great pleasure to work with the most incredible Secretariat and Staff to make ILMUNC XXVIII the best one yet!

Sam is a junior in the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology Program, a joint degree program between the Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science. This will be his seventh ILMUNC conference, and his third time on Secretariat. In addition to being business director this year, he also made the website. He's very excited to be a part of ILMUNC 28, and hopes you all have a great time in January!

Alice is a junior in the Huntsman Program, a dual-degree track combining international relations in the College of Arts and Sciences and business in Wharton. She lives in New York, but her family is from Bulgaria. This will be her seventh ILMUNC – four as a delegate and three on Secretariat. General Assembly committees have always been her passion, and she is so excited to make this the best ILMUNC yet. She is especially looking forward to meeting all the delegates (and seeing those returning from last year)!

Stephen is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Modern Middle Eastern Studies. Originally from New York City, Stephen attended The Dalton School, where he participated in Model UN for all four years of high school. Over that period he attended conferences all over the globe, including one in Istanbul, Turkey. Last year, Stephen had an amazing time serving as an Assistant Secretary-General. Stephen has previously attended four ILMUNCs, and he is greatly looking forward to an extraordinary ILMUNC XXVIII.

Allie is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Political Science and Chinese. Although Allie did not participate in MUN during high school, she has always had a great interest in international affairs, which lead her to join the International Affairs Association at Penn. Last year she served as the Under-Secretary-General for Specialized Agencies. She was also an Assistant Secretary-General for the General Assembly at ILMUNC XXVI. At ILMUNC XXVIII, she will take on the role of Under-Secretary General for Economic and Social Councils. Allie is thrilled to be a part of this year's Secretariat and is looking forward to ILMUNC XXVIII!

Natasha is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences and is considering a major in History and a minor in Spanish. Although she didn’t do Model UN in high school, she has always been interested in international affairs and has loved being a member of the International Affairs Association at Penn. Natasha was an Assistant Secretary-General at ILMUNC XXVII and is incredibly excited to be the Under-Secretary-General for Specialized Agencies at ILMUNC XXVIII. She cannot wait to help organize a great conference and meet all the delegates!

João Pedro is a sophomore in the Wharton School, concentrating in Finance, with a minor in math. He is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, which was where his interest for international affairs led him to start participating in MUN as a delegate and eventually as a chair. After serving as an Assistant Secretary–General at last year’s conference, João Pedro is thrilled to be Under–Secretary–General for Crisis and Regional Simulations and is eager to help make this ILMUNC the best one yet!

Yadavan is a sophomore at Penn from Allendale, New Jersey studying in the Wharton School of Business. He has been very involved with Model UN throughout high school and college, attending 17 conferences in total, working as a crisis staffer at two UPMUNCs (Penn’s college conference), and serving as a member of the Intercol Board, which runs Penn’s competitive team. Additionally, Yadavan served as an Assistant Secretary-General at ILMUNC XXVII and as a crisis enthusiast (both as a delegate and a staffer), he is thrilled to be returning to the team as an Under–Secretary–General for Crisis Simulations.

Tim is a sophomore in the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business, pursuing a BSc in Economics in Finance and Operations and Information Management through the Wharton School and a BA in International Studies and a BA in Philosophy of Science through the College of Arts and Sciences. As an Assistant Secretary-General for ILMUNC last year, he wished he had the opportunity to attend the best MUN conference in the world in high school, but is excited to make this year even better as an Under-Secretary-General of Operations. Besides the International Affairs Association (ILMUNC's umbrella organization), Tim also enjoys embarrassing himself on a daily basis, thinking he can dance (seriously, play some Shakira around him), karaoke-ing (which often dissolves into an embarrassingly accurate rendition of "My Humps"), running from left to right on the treadmill because he can’t walk in a straight line, and accidentally hugging random people around campus who look like his friends.

Stephanie is a sophomore from northern New Jersey studying business at the Wharton School and International Studies and French in the College of Arts and Sciences as part of the Huntsman Program, a dual-degree track at Penn. She's participated in Model UN since freshman year of high school – both as a delegate and on the secretariat side – but tends to love the degree of involvement that the latter brings. Stephanie never went to ILMUNC as a delegate, but hopes to make this year's conference the great experience she would expect from such a dedicated secretariat and staff. She can't wait to meet you all at registration and get you started at ILMUNC XXVIII!

Jerry is a sophomore in the School of Engineering and Applied Science, majoring in Computer Science. Like many people who love ILMUNC, Jerry has been doing Model UN since high school. Jerry is also a huge tech geek and keeps a professional blog on consumer technology. He is an avid audiophile and a fan of high horology, which means he fine tunes his sound systems and assemble mechanical watches.He is thrilled to be a member of the ILMUNC XXVIII Secretariat and cannot wait to help put together this incredible conference.
