General Information

The entire secretariat has been hard at work preparing for the best session of ILMUNC yet. Please read through all of the information on this page before completing the steps found on the “Registration” tab. In order to ensure the best delegate experience possible, ILMUNC will close registration once our delegate count reaches 120 students.

Registration Process

In order to register for ILMUNC XL and reserve your delegation’s spot, you must complete the all steps found on the “Registration” tab. First, you will complete the Registration Form. Once this step is complete, the designated billing contact will receive a Stripe invoice in 3-5 business days. If you do not receive an invoice, email affairs@ilmunc.com. Before completing your invoice, read the “Payment Process” section of this page. After you have completed the Registration Form and submitted payment for the Stripe invoice, the last step is to submit the Supplemental School Information Form.

Payment Process

Delegations will receive their invoices following the successful completion of the registration form. Stripe allows online payment via Debit Card, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer. If you will be paying by Check, please email affairs@ilmunc.com for further instructions.

Waiting List

In order to ensure the best delegate experience possible, we will be limiting registration to 120 paid delegates. Students that submit payment and complete their invoice after this has been reached and the waiting list has opened will be added to the list in the order we receive payment. As delegates drop out, we will notify those on the waiting list and provide their committee assignments. If your delegation is not able to get moved off of the waiting list, you will be offered a full refund on registration fees. In order to allow these delegations enough time to prepare, we will be closing the waiting list on May 10th and issuing refunds to any remaining schools. Payment Deadlines

In order to ensure the registration process is fair for all delegates, payment deadlines will be strictly enforced. Failure to complete payment by the dates listed below will automatically move your registration to the next period and forfeit the relevant discount and committee priority.

Regular Registration: April 12th
Late Registration: May 3rd

Refunds

Before March 15, 2024: Full refund on registration fees

March 15 - April 19, 2024: 50% refund on registration fees

After April 19th, 2024: No refund

Requests for refund must be made via e-mail at affairs@ilmunc.com. ILMUNC reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.

For details regarding our updated FA and Delegate Codes of Conduct, refer to the documents below. By registering for ILMUNC Vietnam, chaperones and delegates acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the policies outlined in both documents.
